Terms of service

📌I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any purpose I see fit. This can include racist remarks/behavior, transphobia, homophobia, zoophilia, pedophilia, etc. Don't be gross. 📌Harassing me for work progress if I have communicated that there is a pause/issue will count as grounds for service refusal. 📌Treating me with disrespect, rudeness, or anything related will result in the abandoning of your commission with NO refund. This includes name-calling, posting mean/hurtful things about myself or my work, harassment, etc. 📌 My work is all hand-sewn goods, colors/specific designs may not be exact to your character but I will do my best to get it as close as possible. 📌You must accept that the colors will not always be 100% accurate to your character and may vary in shade/hue. If a character needs to be simplified, please note that I hold the right to request this and will refuse if a character design is too complicated (no charge will be made for this). 📌 You must be at least 16 years of age to commission me for a plush.  Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian discuss details of the plush commission with me to follow through with the commission. I will ask for I.D. if there is any question as to the age of the commissioner.‼️ 📌 Payment is due at the time of commission discussion. 100% of the total must be paid to be added to the queue. I will provide different fabric pictures to okay the colors BEFORE work has been done unless otherwise discussed. You may not change the character(s) in your commission once I have started sewing the plush. ‼️PAYMENT METHODS: Currently I take Paypal, Venmo, and CashApp. Due to the issues arising with PayPal, I am always looking for an alternative payment channel. 📌 I try to have a reasonable turnaround time. All commissions will go out in order of payment! Sometimes I will take small commissions (commission designs will vary) while traveling. These are not counted in the queue. This also means that I will work on commissions at my own pace, whether that be in between working on my shop inventory, free time, etc. Please do not pester me about your slot. 📌 I also try to keep clear communication with my commissioners. Please do not bombard me with messages regarding the status of your commission. If something happens in my personal life I will be sure to let you all know via DM, social media, or here on Trello. 📌 Please do not continuously message me about your commission because I am also running my shop while also taking commissions and will be in between working on the stock along with your product. ‼️Hand sewing plushes (depending on complexity) takes time and I appreciate the patience. I work on commissions as often as I can throughout the week and will even stream it on occasion on top of my other shop items. I never want to keep someone waiting, though things happen and sometimes I have to take a step back. I will always try to be as fast as I can while providing quality work. There will be some days that I take days off, these days are to prevent burnout and for my mental health!‼️📌 Buyer pays shipping. Shipping may take some time due to my personal life. This can mean travel/distance from the post office, family emergencies, moving, etc. ‼️Please do not harass me about shipping times. I always make sure the plushes are packed securely and safely to ensure the product doesn't move around too much during shipping. I am not responsible for any mishaps that happen with USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.‼️ 📌 All packages will come with a tracking number and insurance on the package!
